This page explains what STH AI Prop Firm (sthalgo.in, run by STH Algo AI) stores about you and what it is used for.

What we store

• Account details: your user name, your email address and, if you enter one, your full name for the certificate.
• Password: only a salted hash made with scrypt. We never store or see the password itself.
• Practice trading records: your challenge accounts, orders, closed trades and results. All of it is simulated.
• Sign-in times and the time you registered.
• Messages you send with the contact form or ask the guide, so we can answer and improve the help texts.
• Technical logs: your IP address is used for a short time to limit sign-in attempts and protect the service.

Sign in with Google

If you choose "Continue with Google", Google tells us your email address and name so we can create or open your account. We do not get your Google password and we do not read your Google contacts, mail or files.

What we use it for

• to run your account and the practice trading;
• to send the emails you need: sign-in codes, password changes, and account alerts (target reached, drawdown line touched, account closed). You can switch the alerts off in your profile;
• to show statistics and, with a shortened name, the leaderboard. You can hide yourself from the leaderboard in your profile;
• to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and storage on your device

We use one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in and one cookie that remembers the page you used last. Your browser also stores settings such as dark or light mode. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who else handles data

• the hosting provider of our server;
• the email service that delivers our emails;
• Google, only if you use Google sign-in.

Certificates you share

A certificate link shows the name on the certificate, the account size, the result and the date to anyone who has the link. Share it only if you want others to see it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. Closed challenge accounts are removed over time. When you ask us to delete your account, your details and trading records are deleted.

Your choices

You can see and change your details in your profile. To get a copy of your data or to have your account deleted, write to the Contact page.

Children

The platform is for adults aged 18 or over.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
