Terms of use

In short: STH AI Prop Firm is a practice and education platform. Every challenge account is simulated. You do not deposit money, no real money is traded for you, and no profit is paid out.
1. Who we are
STH AI Prop Firm (the "platform") at sthalgo.in is run by STH Algo AI ("we", "us"). You can reach us at the Contact page.
2. What the platform is
The platform lets you practise trading under prop-firm style rules: a profit target, a trailing drawdown, a max risk line, a lot size limit and a news rule. Orders are filled on our server at live prices from an MT5 terminal. No order is sent to a market in your name.
- Account balances, profits and losses are not real money and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred.
- Passing a challenge does not give you a funded account, a job, a payout or any other claim against us.
- The platform is not a broker, not an investment adviser and not a prop trading firm that pays traders.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
- One person, one customer account. The number of challenge accounts you can open is shown in the rules on your dashboard.
4. Trading rules
The rules shown on your dashboard under "Rules" are part of these terms. The server applies them automatically: it can close positions, pause an account or close an account when a rule is reached. We can change the rules; a change applies to accounts opened after it, unless we say otherwise on the dashboard.
5. Fair use
You agree not to:
- use bugs, price feed errors or delays to get results that would not be possible in a real market;
- attack, overload or try to get into parts of the service that are not meant for you;
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to mislead others, for example by presenting simulated results as real trading profit.
We can block or delete an account that breaks these terms.
6. Prices and availability
Prices come from a third-party MT5 terminal. They can be late, missing or wrong, and the service can be offline for maintenance or because of faults. Trading is not possible while the market is closed or the price feed is offline. We do not promise that the service is free of errors or always available.
7. Certificates, statistics and leaderboard
Certificates, statistics and the leaderboard describe simulated practice results only. They are not proof of real trading performance and must not be shown as such. You can hide your accounts from the leaderboard in your profile.
8. No advice
Nothing on the platform, including charts, signals, the calendar and the guide, is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. See the risk disclosure.
9. Our responsibility
The service is provided as it is, for learning. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the platform, from decisions you make in real markets, or from the service being unavailable.
10. Ending
You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can end or change the service, with notice on the site where that is reasonable.
11. Changes and law
We can update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the platform after a change, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
