By accessing and using STH Algo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

STH Algo provides a web-based dashboard for monitoring and controlling MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors. We are a technology service provider only — not a financial advisor, broker, or fund manager.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
• You must provide accurate MT5 credentials during registration.
• You must not share your dashboard login with unauthorized persons.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your MT5 account.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are made in USDT (TRC-20). Subscriptions are activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. All payments are non-refundable once the service has been activated and configured.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

STH Algo is not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, or financial damage resulting from the use or unavailability of this service. Our liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the current billing period.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

• Name, email address, and WhatsApp number during registration
• MT5 login credentials (stored securely, used only for dashboard setup)
• Payment transaction records (amount, date — no card data)
• Usage logs and access timestamps

• To communicate account status and updates via WhatsApp/email
• To process and verify payments
• To provide customer support

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, JWT authentication, and access controls. MT5 credentials are stored securely and accessed only by authorized technical staff for setup purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and up to 6 months after termination for legal and support purposes.

General Policy

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments and digital services, all subscription fees are non-refundable once your dashboard has been configured and activated.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Service was not delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation
• Duplicate payment made in error
• Technical issues preventing access for more than 7 consecutive days

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original USDT wallet address.
